Together we can utilize mentoring as an effective tool to help neutralize gender bias and build strong support networks and personal connections. As best we can, we will match mentors to mentees in the preferred area of interest of both parties.
Special Note: The Mentor Match program is for WIFT-AT members. Currently, payment for all membership fees and renewal fees are postponed until June 30, 2020. This means you can become a member or renew your membership with no payment expected till June 30.

Resume (2 pages maximum).
Please submit your application documents in pdf format, and ensure that the files are named appropriately (i.e. “YourName_Bio”, “YourName_CV”, “YourName_Letter”).

The number of mentors available is the deciding factor of how many mentees will be accepted into the program. If accepted, we will try our best to match you with one of your top three mentors, however, there is no guarantee that you will be paired with your top choice.
